KRION is a compact new generation homogeneous mineral, a material developed by the Porcelanosa Group, which is composed of a high percentage of natural minerals such as Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) and a low percentage of high strength acrylic resins. It is a material for surfaces, warm to the touch and aesthetically similar to natural stone, non-porous, with great robustness and durability to use. High hardness and resistant to most impacts, excellent weathering in extreme conditions and does not deteriorate with the passage of time and its daily wear is minimal. So it requires little maintenance and cleaning is simple. It is a material that is produced in the form of plates of different formats, thicknesses, colors and decorations, which is worked in a similar way to wood allowing it to be contracted and joined by Krion adhesive, creating imperceptible joints and infinite spaces. The thermoforming of the material and the manufacture of figures by cast of Krion as bathtubs, washbasins, shower trays and sinks make it a versatile material that allows to create exclusive designs. KRION has passed the most exhaustive and demanding quality tests that certify its physical, chemical, aesthetic, durability, safety and sustainability properties; All these data can be consulted in the files and technical notes and general documentation available on the web portal www.krion.com.
