Sloans innovative hybrid urinals dont require water after each use, and theres no need for manually cleaning the housing and drain line. The combination of a world-class patented urinal cartridge and our revolutionary Jetrinse Solution Technology keep your urinal and drain line clean and odor-free. Water is supplied to the back of the housing through a solenoid valve and air gap device. The solenoid valve is programmed to inject one gallon of water every 72 hours. The water is directed through a nozzle against the cartridge, powerfully redirecting it down the housing and drain line. An infrared switch, discreetly located underneath the fixture, allows maintenance personnel to manually operate the system during cartridge changes to confirm its operation. Jetrinse, featuring Falcon Waterfree Technologies, creates a robust source of supplemental water and automatically injects it into the drain line, right where calcite and struvite buildup causes the most trouble. The water injection is pre-programmed on a timer and eliminates the need to clean the line. These fixtures preserve the efficiency and enhance the functionality of waterfree design.
